Accessibility statement.
Synergy4Environment is committed to making this website usable by as many people as possible, including people who use screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, screen magnification or other assistive technology.
Standards we work toward
This website has been built and reviewed with reference to Israeli Standard 5568, to WCAG 2.0 Level AA, and to the accessibility requirements under the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law and its service accessibility regulations.
We describe this as an ongoing effort rather than a declaration of full legal compliance: the site has not yet been examined against every applicable requirement by an external certified auditor. We correct issues as they are identified.
What has been implemented
- Full keyboard operation of all navigation, controls and forms using Tab, Shift+Tab, Enter and Space, with a visible focus indicator on every interactive element.
- A “Skip to main content” link that appears as the first item when tabbing into a page.
- Semantic landmarks for the header, navigation, main content and footer, and a single main heading per page followed by a logical heading hierarchy.
- Descriptive alternative text for informative images, and empty alternative text for purely decorative graphics.
- Labels and accessible names for every form field, button and control; errors are announced to screen readers and are shown with text, not color alone.
- Text and background color combinations selected for contrast, and information that is never conveyed by color alone.
- Link text that is understandable out of context.
- Layouts that reflow without loss of content or horizontal scrolling when text is enlarged or the page is zoomed.
- A mobile navigation menu that is operable by keyboard and screen reader.
- An accessibility options menu offering larger text, a higher-contrast display, underlined links and reduced motion, with settings remembered on the device.
Known limitations
- The site has not yet been audited by an external, certified accessibility auditor, so we do not declare formal legal compliance.
- Documents and third-party content that may be added in the future (for example PDFs or embedded media) may not yet be fully accessible.
- Accessibility depends in part on the browser and assistive technology used; older combinations may behave differently.
Reporting an accessibility problem
If you encounter a page, control or piece of content that you cannot use, please tell us what you were trying to do, which page it was on, and which browser or assistive technology you were using. We will respond and work to fix the issue.
